1. Who we are
This policy covers lexcoreenterprises.com, operated by Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited (CIN U70109BR2022PTC059548), Gaya, Bihar, India ("Lexcore", "we", "us"). Each of our apps and services (for example our apps on Google Play, lexcoredev.com or lexcoreai.com) has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product.
2. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address or phone number and whatever you write. We use this only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry.
- Basic server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Performance monitoring. Our hosting provider adds a small script that measures page-load performance. It does not identify you personally.

3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our conversation.
- To protect the website from abuse and keep it working.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers we rely on to run this site and our communication (website hosting, email and WhatsApp), or when the law requires it.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails and messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up business, and then deleted or archived. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to info@lexcoreenterprises.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
