A Mechanical Engineer who could read the logic of moving parts, and a Banker who understood the quiet weight of trust — he carried both with integrity that never announced itself. Whatever precision exists in this work, whatever commitment to building things that are meant to last, traces its roots to him. He did not live to see what is being built here. But in every sovereign system, every structure designed to stand without depending on another, his influence is present — silent, load-bearing, foundational.

Biography

Raj Kiran Sharma is the founder and chief architect of Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited and the Cortina AI ecosystem. A self-taught systems builder with expertise spanning machine learning, mobile development, backend engineering, and AI infrastructure — Raj leads the company with a single long-term thesis: AI and human intelligence must converge, not compete.


Raj initiated the Cortina project — a fully proprietary foundation AI model developed in-house without reliance on external APIs or public model weights. Every phase of its development has been designed, written, and executed by Raj in collaboration with his research team.


With roots in Bihar, India, Raj demonstrates that sovereign world-class AI infrastructure is independent of geography or institutional backing. What matters is clarity of mission and consistency of execution.
